WENJING CHEN, Owner
With over 10 years of experience in financial and operational management, Wenjing launched NPO Financial Solutions in 2017 combining the expertise of seasoned financial professionals team-focused culture aimed at creating sustainable companies. Her goal is to offer affordable financial services to local non-profit business and individuals.
She used to be Operations Director of Certis, a family office., and oversees all of the back office administration and account coordination for each of our client families. This includes oversight responsibility for the operations staff, and all investment accounts, income schedules, account transfers, and transaction reconciliations. She is also responsible for managing all accounts financial reports.
Prior to joining Certis, Wenjing was a financial analyst at Coastal Management Resources, a real estate investment management firm in San Bernardino. She was primarily involved in analyzing the firm’s investment opportunities, and assessing the operating results of on-going projects. She also assisted with developing a corporate budgeting model and played an important role in the budgeting and forecasting process. Before working at Coastal she was a staff accountant at Zeon Corporation where she managed the general ledger, prepared the annual and quarterly budget and financial statements, and assisted the human resources department.
Wenjing holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wuhan University -Top 10 University in China, and also a Master of Accountancy from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She is a current CPA candidate, and has passed all four required CPA tests. She is also a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor and a current CTEC member.
